Those who sacrifice for the gospel should be held in regard. Paul points out in Philippians 2 that Christ suffered, Paul suffered, and Timothy suffered, Epaphroditus suffered. So also, the Philippians should remain steadfast to the gospel in light of suffering as the reward of resurrection awaits every believer.
