Previous Young Adults Pastor, Alex Wolfe, returns for a special two week sermon series titled Cities and Altars. In this series, Alex traces the steps that the different seeds from Genesis take after the Garden of Eden. The seed of The Serpent is our focus for the first week. Alex points to how they try to make a name for themselves and restore the blessings God originally had for them by their own power. This comes to a physical manifestation of cities. Examples in the Bible include Babel, Enoch, Babylon, and Egypt. However, God's power proves these cities to be weak time and time again. Where in our own lives are we trying to build up a name for ourselves rather than raising the name of God.
Alex actually joins the crew to sit down and talk more in depth on his sermon as well as a sneak peak into new Sunday's. Oh, and, Jason brings some trivia about the largest cities in the world.
