Lead Pastor Connor Kraus continues our "Hark" Christmas message series with the story of the angel Gabriel visiting Joseph to tell him that his betrothed, Mary, would give birth to the son of God and later. Joseph had other encounters with angels, first warning him to take Mary and flee to Egypt, then again a few years later telling Joseph to return to Israel. The angels' messages were always that it isn't about Joseph. It's about the child, Jesus. And Joseph obeyed, following God's plan, despite the cost. Joseph's story tells us that our greatest joy is found in obedience to God
