In the continuation of our Retold series, TBC Lead Pastor Connor Kraus looks at the story of Jesus turning water into wine at the wedding at Cana. The story told is that the wine at the wedding Jesus and his followers were invited to began to run out of wine. Mary, Jesus' mother, comes to him with a petition to do something about it. Jesus then proceeds to discreetly turn fresh water into wine for the wedding party. In a classic Retold fashion, Connor leads us through the significant themes and ideas that come from Jesus' first miracle.
Connor goes into more on Mary's petition to Jesus and whether or not the wine Jesus made was alcoholic. Oh, and, Teresa quizzes Jason about some other culture's wedding traditions.
