Description

To be an Adorer of Christ, is to be completely and utterly at the mercy of God.  To adore Him as He is.  Holy and unblemished in His sight!  To look at Him on the Cross.  To look at the greatest sacrifice that was given on behalf of all of humanity, is to see Jesus, truly as He is.  Jesus died for the love of humanity.  His love draws us back to the cross when we truly have lost our way.  And in order to regain this loss of self is to look deeper into Christ himself crucified.  For us to fully understand Christ crucified, we go to Him personally in holy adoration.  It is a sacred silent place of great reverence toward our Lord.  We quietly enter in, we bless ourselves with Holy Water, and we kneel and greet our Lord.  Yes, He is Holy!  His presence is like a warm cozy blanket covering us in his calming love.  And we sit at the crucifix, as did  Mary the mother of God, and await Him, and we enter into His story.  And Sometimes we find it very difficult to enter into because we cannot get past being still, being silent for God.  Our minds valve cannot shut itself off  from the world, and we need to discover the importance of asking God for his help in overcoming this weakness deep within.  Then when that time comes upon us, and we empty ourselves of the noise within our lives, we can let go and let God in to do what is necessary in us to be healed of our infirmities.  Jesus is always first in order for us to delve into the discipline of adoration.  We get there slowly, so be patient with this process of adoring Christ!  Give yourself time to unravel the knots in your life that have set you up for failure.  Christ and only Christ and His Holy Mother Mary are Standing By.   Adoring Christ within the Eucharistic Chapel is best described as one making a commitment to be in the company of our creator. And in time, God's perfect timing, we learn to become as patient as we need to be, in order to work through the silence.  It is there, we listen with an ear of attentiveness, and the eye of hope, for what is yet to be.  We begin to learn the importance of being, and it is there we hear our Lord speak directly to our heart, slowly tenderizing the hardness that has entered into what should have been left pure, holy, unscathed by evil.  Only God can cut through the silence and make his presence known to us and teach us "The Way".  So be still, and know, that He is God.  And when you do, you will learn about His power, and the power of the most high will come upon you, and be gracious to you.  O Beautiful Silence begin your process, unravel the truth deep within me so my walk with Christ can begin.
