Beyond the gift of receiving delicous chocolates we receive the gift of Jesus reigning in our hearts. Christ is everything, everywhere and in everyone. We remember, we revere him this day, this holy day of his resurrection. This day belongs to us and we celebrate the life death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
You and I were both born into the likeness and the image of Christ. We were created for Christ, and we live and move and are, because of Christ. So, what are we to do about this reality? It is quite simple. We are to surrender ourselves completely and utterly to the divine. And when we do, we unite ourselves in faith, hope, and charity with our Lord and we bring him into the world.
Why were we given such a mission? Our lives were meant to be filled with great meaning and great purpose. And to fufill God's greatest purpose in we follow the law.
We distinctly choose to remain true to God first and foremost and to ourselves second. And to our loved ones third. We stay true to our walk with Jesus by following all of the ten commandments. We reject satan and all of his evil works.
We avoid anything and everything that we know will cause us and others harm. ForGod wants us to be perfect in him, loving our selves, loving toward our neighbors, as servants for each other. We have a lifetime to walk in Christ. Its important to think objectively as to how we decide our outcome in life will be. We will either include God, and make the most of every moment he has given us for his greater glory, or we will exclude him, and miss out on every grace that he desires to bestow upon us.
The love of God, the mannerism of God is very clear. There is no confusion in Him. He is the way, and the truth, and the life. He is our greatest compass. He is at the helm of our ship. He is the anchor of hope. Stay anchored in his precious love. His strength will be all that you need in this lifetime. Choose Christ. Live in his love, for his love is eternal. His love is our joy. And he wants only goodness and kindness to follow us all the days of our lives. Anything else will not suffice. Only Jesus! Only Jesus!
Today we choose him. Because he is the light of the world. He is the creator of the universe. He was the first seed that had ever fallen to the ground and quickened. He is the mighty counselor, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lord, his almighty power lives inside of me and you for the greater glory of all souls to one day enter into his eternal kingdom.
Christ is the light that never dims. Christ lifts us up from the dung hill, he is our hope in hope lesstimes. He is our all!
