We were once inspired by someone very dear to us. And we were able to tap into that inspiration at some later point in our life. And when we recognize the great gift it is to be inspired, we don't waste that inspiration, I believe we build upon it. For quite some time I have done exactly that never really knowing what it was exactly God had me do but as the decades of my life evolved I began to collect data about myself and my journey of life being lived out as a faith filled Christian. Forty six years of writing have been collected, deeply reflected upon, digested if you will, to the point of really trying my best to understand who it is I am and who it is I belong to. I am a daughter of a King. I will one day return to God, my Lord, my Savior, my all, when my time is over while living on earth. No fear has overcome me, only the fullest trust that I belong to God and His most perfect plans for my life have yet to be lived. And I believe I will live them out better after my demise than I did during my life here on earth. (less mistakes, more perfection). Since everyone here on this earth dies, this is the land of the dead. I can see that, and accept that fact as truth, as preached by my pastor. And if this is in fact the land of the dead, we are heading toward a more perfect place, known as the land of the living. Everyone here dies. Everyone that goes to heaven lives forever in Christ. So our birth becomes much more meaningful to us in the end. Because our body will die, decompose, and our soul will go on living forever. My soul, your soul, everyone's soul, means everything to God who created us himself. We strive for perfection but sometimes not always in the areas of our lives that are of most importance to God. In essence we waste the precious present and unknowingly throw away the time we were given. If I could inspire you today, with an acute awareness, never to waste a moment you were given from this point on, would you listen? Would you change everything about yourself that wasn't living up to the values and morals and charitable ways that our Lord would have wanted you to live up to? It's a great question worth looking into. My hope for myself and for everyone is this, have we earnestly questioned our true existence? Have we given back to God all that He has given to us? And therein lies the truth about who we are, and where we are heading. Time is a precious commodity. Time is of the essence. Time comes from God, goes back to God and we are only living in this time by the graciousness of love he has for all of creation. Let us truly think about the awesomeness of life given by God and how we will participate and cooperate in his perfect plans for our future. We need to look at God, and up to God always, in order to win a perfect life in Him. I want to be spiritually perfect. For now, I can strive for that perfection in his loving company as long as I remain in His grace, He will fill my heart with his goodness and His goodness will guide the rudder of my ship serving only Him as I journey from port to sea. I will find rest in his loving arms while still living. He is my companion, my compass, my everything, and everyone has this same loving God to encounter, to rely on, and that same loving God rejoices when we follow a life abundantly in Him. Rejoice then with Him. Rejoice through Him. Everyday, Rejoice in the one who loves, who saves, who forgives, and heals us of every sin imaginable. That same Christ patiently awaits your arrival, He awaits your yes, and when you give Him all of you, every single blessing imaginable begins in you and through you, its a miraculous, remarkable, experience, just waiting to happen, but so few of us say yes to God calling.
