Description

There are so many ordinary individuals who are born into this life and they aim very high and choose early on to strive with all their might to obtain Christs glorious riches.  They don't choose earthly riches, because they know those will fade away altogether in time. So they listen attentively to the voice of God calling on them to serve, and they answer yes Lord, I come to do your will.  They have this magnificent gift of knowing how to serve, when to serve, and who they are serving first and foremost, before they go out into the world, they are consulting first with our Lord.  They serve for a very short period of time on earth, yet they are remembered by the reminent long after their passing.  It is as if those select few were given extra grace and a higher power to serve the holy spirit, on a macro level.  This great service to God is very appealing to the faithful.  We want to learn from those individuals who have come into contact with our Lord, with our holy Mother Mary, with all the Apostles and Saints.  Saints from yester year and saints of today. All mean a great deal to the faithful trying to live out their best life by immitating the lives of the saints.  If we really want to experience Christ, we have to first prayerfully desire be in a deep relationship in order for the process to begin.  We are given by God, the ability to tap into the well and quench our thirst for spiritual growth and spiritual living in Jesus.  For some reason we do not tap into the well the way that we should.  We forget Jesus is there for us 24/7/365 days a year.  We can go on a pilgrimage, a retreat weekend, a day of reflection, attend a spiritual conference, attend a pro life event, defend life in the womb by praying the daily rosary, we can Pilgrimage prayerfully across the world and find the Lords work waiting upon the faithful every where you turn.  Our prayers are more powerful than our actions.  Because they unite us with God directly.  But if we choose to be connected to God and take seriously our time on earth, we can accomplish the work of the saints who have once served our God and his people.  Figuring out what God wants will follow because when we cooperate with his grace, our mission is revealed to us.  Orphans need our help the most.  I would dare to say they have the highest need.  Pray about where you think your skill set would best serve humanity.  And go to God in adoration and pray about God confirming your decision and asking for his blessing moving forward.  We want to work within the guidance of God and when we are prayerfully considering ministry we must be sure that we are doing what God wants and not what we want.  Its important that we are uncomfortable with the assigned work, what I mean is we have to feel the discomfort, where it is not easy for us to do the task, we have to work at it and work through it with Gods help.  Does that make sense?  We can't go about our mission for Christ alone.  And we may need a team of people working with us, God may very well be asking that of you as well.  And you may struggle with that idea, but pray anyway about it before moving forward.  God does confirm, there are many God incidences.  If only we could pay extra attention to what God is doing in our lives, we would notice that everything he does is a miracle!  That is why journaling is such a critical piece in my podcast it is because it is there I find Jesus he compels me to write for souls and my true purpose in life is to serve him and others at that level of commitment until I take my last breadth.  He has revealed this to me and I am moving in and with him every episode shared.  He is our destiny!  He wants us to be on board with this reality, and it is a beautiful fruitful reality worth sharing, worth living!
