How do you imitate Christ? Is Christ a priority in your life? Has He even been revealed to you? What exactly do I mean when I say this? Christ's presents himself from the very beginning of our life through the incarnation. Through the actual trace of his blood present in our own life... Christ's essence lives is in all of us. Our personal introduction began long ago as it did for Mary, the holy mother of God! Christ became alive, through the life living within us. His revelation is factual. We were given the greatest truth, that all life begins with Christ. He chose us and we must choose Him. We receive all life and all truth from Him, from deep within the great I am, the creator of the universe. All truth has been handed down onto us, from God, to our ancestors, and back into the next generation. Yes we were given a miracle, the Christ, who created all things and peoples, the one to follow, all the days of our life. Naturally, respectfully, we are the Remenant representing the Christ! This Sunday, my husband and I were invited to attend a Batmitzvah, our neighbors chauffeured us to their synogogue, where love of family, is Christ centered. For this kind of love greatly pleased God. I saw thanksgiving and surrounding joy of the parents as their cherished affection arose toward their children. I was given a head covering that was made by the young girls family who was about to make her batmitzvah with her full name written inside with the date of her batmitzvah. It was so beautiful, tuqoise in color, trimmed simplistically in silver design. I was greatly honored to place it over the center of my head, overlaying my hair, as I entered more spirtually into the holy presence of Christ. Putting on the mind of Christ, as I entered into the synagogue, was in fact the proper mindset, I had wanted to be prepared to pray for the young girl entering into her Batmitzvah. As we sat down, we were given a chance to hear the sound of the Rabbi's voice, also a gift from God. We were asked to open the book and pray together, the words of God. The truth, the meaning, of all life, we lifted off of each page. The reason for our being. The reason we were all invited here to celebrate the life given to us by God was made very clearly to me, a miracle, an opportunity to do something great with God for the entirety of our journey with Him. I learned alot today. How ancestry is remodeled into the next generation. And how the ancestors are remembered, revered and respected. And the young are taught by the elders how to live, and how to grow in their faith, by studying Hebrew, and engaging into the life of their elders. All that is poured into them has already been poured into previous generations and that was beautiful to see and experience as a visitor. We were greatly honored to attend, and see the Torah, the Scrolls, and listen in Hebrew as they read holy scripture. When the Torah was carried around the room, touched only by a prayer shawl with a kiss, I was touched right then and there by God. As a prayerful guest, I experienced the joy of judiasm arise in front of God's chosen/holy people.
