Now more than ever we need a Saint that we can pray to on behalf of our spiritual intentions. Who better to call upon than the Father of Jesus, the husband of Mary, the parents of our Lord. Tonight so many prayer requests have come my way and I was drawn very closely to Saint Joseph, and I believe that you too were meant to be drawn to this Saint and learn from Him.
I have included and referenced for you, this book I am referencing today, it is titled The Life Of Saint Joseph by Marie Cecelia Baij, Benedictine Convert of Saint Peter, Monte Fiascone, Italy 1743-1766. What little we know about Saint Joseph I believe that this wonderful book acts as a gret reference and gift given to me personally from one of my Franciscan friends who donated the book to the church and it fell into my hands, a God incidence, one that I must share with all of you.
You will also get to read about two women, Blessed Maria Teresa and Blessed Petra, who devoted their lives to Saint Joseph along with a very special quote from St. Teresa of Avila. My hope and my prayer is that you will pray to them and invoke their special intercession. They inspire us by their story because they had listened attentively to the voice of God calling and each of us have that same opportunity to tap into to a personal experience to serve where God is leading us...
