Respect life....Do we?  Not exactly the way - that God expects us to.  We respect life by the way we live, and by the examples we set forth. It is very important that we educate one another in order to not fall into the trap of deception the devil has strategically set up for us. We can say no to him and yes to God.  We all know that the devil wants to destroy our soul and lock us up in darkness and at the same time encourage us to live in a life of  irresponsibility, evil behavior, such as having sex before marriage, which is never ever a good idea, because God oriniginally intended sex to be beautiful.  Without thinking for a moment about why God created sex to begin with, our culture is confused totally about why a man and a woman have sex.  Plain and simple, it was not meant for pleasure, sex was meant for procreation.  Procreation between a married couple.  A husband and a wife.  God's greatest gift to woman, is to become a wife first and a mother second.  No other experience is more important than to continue ones family lineage and to build upon the rich history of ones ancestry both maternally and paternally.  Abortion takes away that precious gift.  Abortion hurts women.  Abortion kills not only the child in the womb, but it is equally damaging to the mother's psyche.  For five decades, this  horrible act, has continued to destroy family lineages, without the woman even recognizing this fact, at the very moment it happens.  She doesn't realize what just transpired.  That her baby, her child, was taken away forever! Anyone who thinks they have the right to take away a life in the womb will one day learn that God and only God can give life and take a life.  At birth and at natural death. No humnan being has that right.  And the consequences will be very grave to those who have taken such liberties.  Every abortion will be accountable to God on judgement day.  Did you know that every tiny aborted fetus, has a guardian angel?   Think about it for a moment.  I had the opportunity to discuss that during our rosary for the unborn and their mothers who were entering into the building scheduled for an abortion.  It was in that moment I had called on every babys guardian angel and Padre Pios guardian angel to unify our prayers together for each of these babies.  We may never know the outcome of our prayers, but we will continue praying every day until every last abortion clinic closes.  We love babies.  We want to see more babies grow up and live.  Not only that we want them to bring out the best in their parents.  I recall being blessed in helping raise four step children with my husband.  God wanted to bless me with that gift and grace to grow with and through each and every one of them, and because I said yes Lord, my life changed forever.  I cherish those years in my heart and in my memory, they were the best years of my life with God, my spouse, and with our family.  God gave me the greatest gift of all, an opportunity of a lifetime to be a Mom and to grow in family life, in spiritual life, and share in his holy journey.  I believe it is all an important part of his most perfect plans for all of us. Children are Gods greatest blessing.  Whether we realize it or not.  They are.  They bring out the absolute best in us.  Sometimes, in our growth process we take detours, and they are painful, but in the end, we are better for it.  I thank God everyday for the great life he has given to me.  I am a wife, a mother, and god willing I will be a grandmother in the spring to our first grandchild.  And everyday I pray for her, and my prayers are very specific for her life, her health, her faith, and her future.  I want to leave a rich legacy of what God had done for me throughout my lifetime.
