The Joy of being in a deep relationship with Jesus Christ has its benefits of great inner healing and a great genuine inner Joy, something that all of us, as God's creation, have access to. Sometimes we do not tap into this awesome gift. And I think I am suppose to enlighten you today with this message. It is to me a gentle reminder of how much we are loved by God. This higher power I speak of, is our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. It is he that we cannot as human beings in our very limited understanding, truly wrap our arms around everything Christ has done, Christ is doing as we make our journey a real one within his almighty presence. He is too awesome to fully grasp! Do you understand what I am trying to convey to you? When you and I come to that honest realization that we are nothing, and that God is everything, we crack open the greatest mysteries involving and revolving around the life of Christ. Never realizing we are about to give ourselves the greatest gift on earth, the gift of feeding our soul, empowering our mind with truth, truth that will help us for the duration of our life journey on earth leading us to heaven. Some people really get Jesus. Others, sadly do not. Here is the difference. We are given the power of free will. We can accept God, or deny God. When we deny him we experience hardship, unnecessary difficulties, set backs over and over again. But, when we choose God, something pleasing enters into the bigger picture. We get a glimpse of goodness, and that goodness leads to joy, and that joy directs our path in such a way that is brand new and for some immediately exciting. For others don't always experience instant gratification, because they have not worked through the hard stuff in their life. We all carry baggage. And there comes a point when we have to look at our suitcase and examine what is inside and seriously attempt to work on and work through the set backs that we may have created for ourselves and never even realizing what we had done and what transpired and how we were greatly affected by it. So sometimes we have to take two steps back to go two steps forward. And not have fear, but have faith in God to help you through it. You will be so much happier when you come out of it wiser, holier, happier, because you chose to be totally honest with yourself and with God. That is the beginning of great inner healing. And Christ, the author of life can heal anyone he very well so chooses. Just recently my mother in law had surgery her artery was clogged at a rate higher than the doctor first realized, and she just mentioned to me today that all her nerve pain in her back was completely gone. As in a miraculous event had happened, she could not explain it, other than God healed her. She is now totally pain free. And when I think about it and the prayers said for her, were answered completely one hundred percent. Thank you Jesus. Praise you Lord. So walking with Jesus, praying to Jesus, and asking holy Mother Mary to intercede on our behalf, can be the most powerful experience in one persons lifetime. And I get to see a miracle occur in my mother in law. And I am eternally grateful to God for allowing this healing to take place in her, and how she can share her testimony in bringing fallen away Catholic's back to the church, back to their faith roots, back to a relationship that is totally the real deal. The power of prayer, the power of God, is the driving force that makes us special in Jesus Christ. It makes us genuine, it makes us whole, and it makes us spiritual. All great attributes that Christ would want his children to follow.
