In my heart of hearts, I truly believe, I am so much more aware - keenly aware of how I am being directed everyday by God, my Guardian Angel, and all of God's Saints in Heaven. I cannot see them per say however I can envision the thread of truth being woven into the words and stories that God is inspiring me to share with all of you. For example, we were all given an individual voice. Without ever knowing to begin with, how God created sound reverberating from our vocal cords projecting sound outside of our bodies. We would not know where to begin in figuring this one out. But God thought of that and gave us that gift. And what we do with that gift of our voice, is our very gift to God.
It's quite astounding at the same time to think of it, right? We are given so much more than any of us truly deserves and yet we could never begin to create the voice of a person.
I continue to live in amazement and great awe of our God! Today I am led to share with you a book or two on what the Saint's had to say regarding how we are to be and live. I find it quite fitting because now more than ever we desperately need the wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual direction of the Saint's who once lived life on earth with the exact same struggles we are now going through. Whether we realize it or not, we are a lot like the Saint's. We just don't take the time to study their very lives the way we should and learn to build upon their knowledge and bridge the gap of truth we so need to hear and adhere to. When we open our minds up to the knowledge of the Saints I truly believe we enter into the grace given to them personally by God himself. Let us not waste the gift of time which is getting shorter everyday, that God is given us to live in awe, live in the Saint's who surround us everyday even though we cannot see them, a Father O' Doherty tells us at the majority of our funeral masses, he would say to us the dead are more alive than we realize. Even God himself is present with us in this room as we chat through this podcast, God is in our midst. Let us welcome him always into every conversation and every prayer so desperately needed in todays third world war.
