Impacts to travel due to ice will begin across parts of North Texas on Friday evening, and will gradually expand southward into Central Texas on Saturday. By Saturday evening, most of the area will have at least moderate travel impacts due to accumulations of ice and sleet. Power outages are possible due to ice accumulating on trees and power lines.
