Most of us might know that we're not enjoying the experience, whether it is us partaking in the act of contemptuous behavior or our partner. Still, we might not realize that we are being contemptuous. Contempt is like cyanide to your marital relationship, so knowing what it is and being committed to putting an end to it will be one step towards creating a marital dynamic that feels so much better. ⠀⠀
