Description

Gray skies that dumped several inches of snow in occasionally blizzard-like conditions in Box Elder County last week gave way to brilliant sunshine and bright, crisp blue skies that provided the perfect backdrop for the snow-laden limbs of trees lining a road in Willard. It was the areas first major—and much needed—snow storm for Northern Utah, and caused as many headaches as thrills for residents.
