With warmer months approaching, a lot of us are looking into the mirror and do not like what we see. I started coaching with weightloss programs and I approached them from a very nutritional basis. Later I learned and while my coaching practice got deeper and deeper, I understood that my clients have a lot of emotions to heal and a lot of work to change relationships with themselves and food.
