Back in February when we held our first Coaching Café for the year, we discussed 5 trends in coaching for 2022. Of course, we didn’t know what 2022 would bring after the two previous years.
But we did know that return to the physical office, performance reviews and the ‘great resignation’ were on the cards. Add in devastating floods across many parts of the country and we’ve had a lot to contend with this year.
