On today’s episode, I learn all about how my friend Kimmy discovered that her daughter has Type 1 diabetes. This is such a scary thing for anyone, but finding out that your daughter got it at the age of 4 is a scary thing. She has truly embraced it that this is her new normal and now is a huge advocate for educating and helping others. Such an amazing and brave story!
