In today's episode, I connect with Adriene Jenik asking what is a Death Doula?
She explains the various things this role does as well as her experience of the AIDS pandemic in the 80's. Grief and death are something North American culture does not normalize in discussions to allow our curious minds to dive into what that feels like.
Adriene also speaks about this beautiful project she was a part of
in 2020 called The Artist's Grief Deck helping others with grief during the pandemic.
