Why do we hear of organizations failing due to lack of C-level leadership ? It is too bad that so few CEOs are actually good at what they do. In fact, only 1 in 20 CEOs are in the top 5%. Simply put, most do not know what their job should be. Of the few of those that do, even less can actually pull it off.
