In this episode, I introduce myself and talk about my background as an outdoorsman.  The podcast has been a long time coming culminating my years of experience.  We talk in this episode about the very basics of starting hiking, including evaluating your own personal fitness level.  Additionally, we talk about goal setting for fitness and better health by seeing what feeds our body to get in better shape to take our challenge outdoors.
