With over twelve years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, Karmen's work is deeply rooted in a profound curiosity about the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.
Her passion for teaching lies in offering a nourishing and supportive practice, allowing students the space to explore the art of stillness and cultivate a deeper inward connection. As a Reiki practitioner, Karmen considers it a privilege to assist individuals on their healing journeys, creating a sacred space for deep relaxation and spiritual alignment.
