Growing up did you hear 'if you want THIS then it means you can't have THAT'? This pattern made you believe that everything comes with a price.
In this week's episode, I talk about how this messaging often manifests itself by us thinking that if we get what we desire then we have to give something up.
Take inspired action this week by leaning into a new message: 'I can get everything I want, with ease'. I want you to work on the belief that you deserve everything you desire. Start telling yourself that you can have it all - that you can have everything with ease - because you deserve it!
