A Dream Cut Short: Kristin Mitchell’s Story
In June 2005, 21-year-old Kristin Mitchell was on the brink of a bright future—freshly graduated, a new job at General Mills, and a place of her own near Philadelphia. Life was falling into place.
But one thing was dangerously wrong—her controlling, emotionally abusive boyfriend. On June 3, she decided to break free. That choice cost her everything.
Her father, Bill Mitchell, joins us to share Kristin’s story and how her tragic loss fuels his mission to protect others. If it happened to Kristin, it can happen to anyone.
