Richard discusses the law around adverse possession with the Land Registration Act 2002, the law in relation to registered land, and when you can claim adverse possession - such as the two-stage process, Boosey v Davis (1988) and Red House Farms (Thorndon) Ltd v Catchpole: CA 1977.
