In this earthly life, your breath is the first thing you catch + the last thing you release. And in between those two points, very few of us give breathing much thought. 

One person who does spend a good deal of time thinking about breathing + experiencing different aspect of breath, is Angelene Parker. 

Angelene is a yoga teacher + breathwork coach. She has studied both traditional yogic pranayama practices + contemporary practices - more commonly called Breathwork. 
Angelene + I get along famously for our old school hippie clothes + our love of gemstones. But today we are letting you listen in as we talk about breathing practices that have helped us feel better + live better.
