Katie - fighting autoimmune disease and the power beyond the visible
Do you ever catch your own reflection in the mirror and wonder, Is this it?
For years, I was told who I was. What my body was. What the rest of my life would look like. And for a long time, I believed it. I believed that this was all there was.
My “this” was devastating autoimmunity, riddled with strange and rare complications. No one had answers. I had no medical support. I stared into the abyss with no hope, no strategy, no way out. I fought for decades, resisting the darkness, but little by little I began to believe what I’d been told: I was untreatable. There was nothing to be done.
And then I had a Life Activation.
Slowly, the heavy constructs began to crumble. The “untreatable” illnesses became tangible—something I could face, act on, and begin to heal. I started to see that I was so much more than the labels I’d been handed. I stopped surviving and started living.
With that shift came clarity, perspective, strength—and, most importantly, hope.
I found the path. I found my community. I found freedom.
