In order for our nation to succeed, we must have professionals who are Christians. This doesn’t mean we must have all people be pastors first; it means we must have lawyers, doctors, carpenters, plumbers, playwrights and educators who follow the principles of Christ. CS Lewis spoke of this and the Apollo 8 Christmas Eve message is a great example of this. Without a people like this we cannot hope to maintain our republic.
