In March 2021, True Vine Christian Fellowship and Coast Hills Community Church voted unanimously to join together and form Awaken Church in McMinnville, Oregon. Chanda Koesel speaks about the six-month journey of becoming one church, pointing out the parallels found in the account of Elijah. She asks, "Are we willing to do what Elijah did to get what Elijah got?"
