Thank you to Mark for sharing his story in regards to his diagnosis of Complex Post Traumatic Stress. Mark is a current paramedic and a field training officer. He discusses his reaction to being diagnosed, affects on his family, and how he’s learned tools to help combat post traumatic stress.
Mark shares a story of the stressors that come along with post traumatic stress, which included him jumping out of a moving vehicle after someone cut off his wife in a parking lot with his kids in the vehicle.
