There is no such thing as toxic masculinity, just as there is no such thing as toxic femininity. We like to slap labels on everything we touch, but this is dangerous as we are raising our children, because we are teaching them (especially our sons) they are inherently bad. We own characteristics, that can be good and bad, we need to train our children how to use them appropriately no matter what sex.
