Summary

Shane Butler, an underground miner and ex-army serviceman, shares his journey of overcoming mental health challenges through yoga. He started practicing yoga at the suggestion of his wife and experienced a positive change in his mental well-being from the very first lesson. Inspired by his own transformation, Shane became a yoga teacher and started offering men's only yoga classes to help others in similar situations.
