Post Hot Yoga thoughts from my car. Impromptu podcast because I use this as therapy in hopes that I can help you too (in addition to actual therapy). I'm all about positive thinking and believing in yourself, but sometimes my emotions get the best of me, but here's what we do...we learn from it. I find that multi-tasking, doing yoga, working on my flexibility and my emotional well-being at the same time allows me to really get deep in my feelings.
