#009- Grief
Grief is a natural reaction to loss. We tend to think we only grieve when someone dies, and that isn’t the only time we experience grief. Anytime you have had expectations that were left unfulfilled and unrealized, you will have grief. But, you might not recognize it in that way. It might show up as a different emotion, but underlying that is grief. In this episode, I’ll tell you how to recognize grief, and what to do about it to be able to move forward.
