In Episode 136, I'm sitting down with Jacqui Acree to learn all about the science behind EFT tapping. EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping is one of my favorite ways to regulate my nervous system. It involves tapping gently on energy meridians while acknowledging your real feel emotions helping to shift your state into a less stressed, more relaxed state. I've been tapping for years but never took the time to learn the science behind it and since recording this conversation I haven't missed a day tapping.
