Most people know about postpartum depression, but many do NOT know about the array of other mood disorders that can in the perinatal period. Therapist Beth Ahlin and I discuss these, address why they are so common in our industrialized culture, and encourage moms to reach out if they ever feel symptoms of any of these, as it is NOT shameful to need help.
