How about a recap of the 2023 Open? This was a fantastic year. Not only were the workouts a great challenge, but it was so awesome to see so many new people taking on the challenge of the Open.

The Open is all about the community. The energy in the gym over the last few weeks has been incredible. Our members pushed themselves to new PRs and loved every moment. 

We share our favourite moments and Greg ticks off our sound engineer.
