In this episode, Raquel and Jennifer explore many facets of change - how to deal with it, whether it's for your greater good, and what it can lead to. They also delve into routine vs. monotony, touchstones and control - and how these relate to change. It's been said that most people don't embrace change. As C.S. Lewis stated, "It may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird: it would be a jolly sight harder for it to learn to fly while remaining an egg. We are like eggs at present. And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad." After all, "nobody wants to be a bad egg."
