I came up with the idea to do a series of race reports to promote a physically active lifestyle because it is essential to health and wellness. It is the #1 best thing you can do for your health. I’m going to talk about running because it just happens to be my jam. If it’s not for you, that’s okay. The point is to find something you enjoy doing. Maybe you like to run but don’t like doing distance. That’s okay too. If being active is going for a brisk walk in the part with a loved one or riding bikes with your kids. Perfect! The idea is to find something that gives back to you. It’s the only way you will stick to it. make sure you are getting enough exercise and don’t forget to add some strengthening exercises.
