Description

Welcome to Part 5 of the Breathwork for Emotions Series! 🕊️

In this guided breathwork practice, we’ll explore the source of your embarrassment and gently release it.

Embarrassment can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected, but this practice will help you move through it with self-compassion and ease.

Together, we’ll:
✨ Detect where embarrassment is sitting in your body
✨ Shift your perspective to view embarrassment with curiosity and self-acceptance
✨ Use intentional breathwork techniques to release shame and restore confidence
✨ Feel grounded, empowered, and lighter by the end of the practice

This session is perfect for releasing lingering embarrassment or addressing recent moments that left you feeling vulnerable.
