I encourage you to use this practice not only as a way to send healing, loving energy to the world but also to share light with those you love most. When we feel helpless, stuck in our heads, or full of worry, we can use our breath to shift the energy. I hope this practice brings you peace, clarity, and a deeper understanding of how powerful you are.
