Almost every conversation I have about binge eating recovery comes with this question in one form or another "When can I start losing weight again?!"... and "After recovery,  are you still in good shape?"... Well, I'm embracing it, and giving you an answer if you dare to hear it!

The information in this episode is primarily for people struggling with binge eating as a direct result of restrictive diets. Despite my own history with bulimia, the things that I’ve done and described in this episode have happened many years after bulimia became a thing of the past for me.
