Who knew farming could be so interesting? Ian Horsley was a successful investment banker in the City of London. He quit banking aged 33 and had a dream to buy a farm, source his own food and return to a simpler life. Dreaming is the easy part. Along the way he concluded that using pesticides, herbicides and fertilisers was unsustainable long term. Instead, he used his analytical banker's brain to investigate how to use both traditional and modern methods to farm his land in a much more environmentally friendly way. It's called REGENERATIVE FARMING and we all should support this movement for the soil, food we eat and world we live in. I doff my cap to him. Enjoy...
