Hello Friends, I have a new concept on BLISS. It involves two mechanisms; one is a flattening and the other is expansion. Typically, when we think about bliss, and we think about moving forward in our life, we think about creating wellness, we often use the analogy of filling our cups. And although that's not bad, there's another way of thinking about it. And that is simply to remove the cup completely or flatten it.

Because when we have a cup that we must fill, we have a task. And bliss isn't always a task. Bliss is sometimes just being it's your presence is your expansion outward. And so we can also find that there is just extra stress from actually trying to "fill our cups".

So what do we do when we want more bliss? What do we do when we are overflowing but that overflow is actually feeling stressful? 

Flattening the 'cup' brings us down to a state of equilibrium, where everything we want is attainable. I dive into this and more inside of today's podcast. Stick around...its a good one.
