Relationships can be difficult. Especially when we are depleted and not feeling fulfilled or healthy. Resentment can build and at times we don't know where to begin to rebuild connection and intimacy.

I developed the Three Fires Analogy after reflecting on why my relationship with my partner, Brandon, is working so well and what we do to monitor the vitality and keep the muddiness of selfishness and "keeping score" out of our relationship.

I hope you see this fun analogy as a way of removing subjectivity and as a tool to talk about the state of your relationship in a constructive and fun way with your partner.
