Most of us practice Hatha yoga because we want to be in great physical shape and achieve some form of emotional wellbeing. And this is fantastic but there is more to uncover. Hatha yoga was designed to help us "see life the way it is" according to Patanjali. How does it do this? Because it is also a practice that develops courage.

In this episode, I walk you though courage and the path of warriorship, that arrises as you practice hatha yoga. As we become more courageous we arrive in our lives in an open state. We live well, love well, and grieve well.

The practice of hatha yoga also prepares us physically to hold space for change and growth. Both of which are important and constant for the busy householder yogi.
