OK- so this podcast it the follow up to Unrolling The Mat (Part 1). Here, I dive deeper into the philosophy behind what yoga does for your mind and behavior. I personally find that when I don't practice, I live from my mind more and as a result, life doesn't unfold on time and I feel behind and rushed. I also can feel falsely unprepared and extra critical of myself and others (no fun for anyone).
Use Hatha yoga to drop into the moment but to also realize that you are right on time, that your path is perfect as it is, and that you are filled with love.
I also share a very personal and interesting experience that happened to me the other night, before bed, that inspired this episode.
