Ovulation is a massive indicator of your overall health. if you don't ovulate you don't have a period and if you don't ovulate your body isn't making a number of really important hormones that are required for long-term health and strength. Ovulation is actually the most important part of your cycle and we really need to be paying attention to living, and feeling really well in this phase of your menstrual cycle which is also called Inner Summer.
