Description

Almost every problem you can experience in life, can be analyzed and solved using the 5-item line model.

This model is based on "cognitive behavioral therapy" and "ancient philosophy" and my mentor, "Brooke Castillo" put this very nicely together as the "coaching model".

The model consists of 5-item line of C (circumstance), T (thought), Feeling (F), Actions (A) and Results (R).

The model means our thoughts create our feelings, our feelings create our actions and our actions create our results.

We are hardwired to believe our circumstances create our results.

But let me bust this myth now and forever. Our circumstance have nothing to do with our results. In fact the C line is the weakest line in the model.

The two foundations of the model are our thoughts and feelings.

If you want to change, you need to start from your thoughts rather than changing your circumstances.
